Among the most iconic companies of Made in Italy design, Porro continues its expansion in China with the opening of the new Shenzhen monobrand in collaboration with Fuyicasa, which doubles the partnership with Porro after the success of the showroom opened together in Shanghai in 2017.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony of the new store, scheduled for 30 June, with the presence of Maria Porro, Porro’s marketing and communication manager and fourth generation of the founding family, will be followed a few days later by the official inauguration of the new flagship store in Beijing in collaboration with Jiancasa, scheduled for 3 July: a journey that will include stops in Xi'an, Chongqing and Shanghai, further strengthening Porro's presence in the country which today represents one of the main markets for the Italian brand, certainly the most lively and active in 2023.

"It is an honor for us to think that our products, made in our plant in a green area between the cities of Milan and Como, are so appreciated by the Chinese public, who believe more and more in the value of the design we build with great passion here in Italy” - explains Maria Porro.
“Thanks to a revolutionary and cutting-edge production plant that has eliminated warehouse stocks by working just-in-time with excellent results in terms of quality of cut and coating of panels, customization capacity, waste reduction and sustainability, Porro offers a home that is always different, unique, as demonstrated by these stores, where the company's systems, complex but flexible architectures, design the spaces in an original way, dialoguing with the collections: objects characterized by pure geometric shapes, technological details, research on materials and finishes, designed by leading figures on the design scene”.
