Porro enters one of the key locations of the Salone del Mobile and takes part in furnishing the Red Lounge designed by Lissoni & Partners. Traditionally a meeting point for journalists, designers, architects, and guests, the lounge offers a space to pause and converse during a visit to the fair, relying on the comfort and elegance of Porro’s design. Two Kite armchairs designed by GamFratesi, upholstered in saddle leather, welcome visitors with their generous and comfortable proportions, conveying the refinement of a tailor-made product. This impression is enhanced by the detail of the folded armrest, reminiscent of the lapel of a coat. Also designed by GamFratesi, two Romby chairs capture attention with their impeccable geometries. The enveloping blue seat appears suspended on a black ash cone, the result of refined cabinetmaking craftsmanship, creating a sophisticated hourglass shape.
