The prestigious architecture, interior design and decoration practice WCA West Chin Architects & Interior designers decided to focus on design excellence and on the understated elegance of the Italian brand for the new modern furniture showroom West | NYC Home: an innovative concept store resembling a big open-space house overlooking Fifth Avenue, in the new emerging pole of attraction for design just a few steps from Empire State Building.
On the 1st floor of a charming Midtown building with large glass windows, 5 night and day settings show the excellent quality of Porro’s systems and collections, completed by the upholsteries by Living Divani: neat shapes warmed up by the chromatic vitality of 16 Porro woods, spreading intense tones of elegance, preciousness and relax. 
Not far from the beating heart of economy and from the WCA headquarters, the showroom aims at attracting customers, who are given the chance to take a close look at the products designed for their future home, as well as the world of NY architects and developers, who can choose from a wide, varied range of off-the-shelf products and at the same time they can rely on the brand’s inclination towards bespoke service.
As a matter of fact, Porro provides designers with its own know-how for the production of furniture and for the development of complex, everchanging projects like those for systems and an amazing selection of finishings, resulting from the company’s constant research: a palette consisting of 16 wooden essences, 24 shiny and matt lacquers, 24 coloured back-painted glasses, 4 glasses, 5 finishes for the interiors of the wardrobes, 2 high-resistant lacquers with the addition of metal finishes, solid woods and technological materials such as Corian®, Dulver® and Pral® to choose from according to one’s own tastes, to create impeccable objects and pieces of furniture with an ever-changing flavour, mirroring one’s own personality.
