IT’S ALL ABOUT PEOPLE

A deep-rooted connection to its homeland, Brianza, and its rich heritage of knowledge, along with lasting relationships with the people—both within and around the company—who, alongside the founding family, have actively contributed to its growth and international expansion.
Porro, the brand that has made innovation its hallmark, celebrates its 100th anniversary with the strength of a network of virtuous collaborations that have accompanied it along its journey, fueled by an inexhaustible curiosity and a profound understanding of the culture of Italian design—a culture it belongs to and has helped to shape.

Ongoing research has been the guiding thread throughout Porro’s history, passing from one generation to the next. It has also been the driving force behind the brand’s continuous evolution, always rooted in the present. Without ever overturning its origins, Porro has laid the foundations for new design languages, evolving both in production and style with a constant push toward the future.

Experimentation with surfaces, the design of cutting-edge technological solutions, and the study of form—pushing the potential of materials to their limits—have always defined Porro’s design philosophy. An apparent simplicity that, time and again, conceals resolved complexities and conquered challenges, merging high craftsmanship with industrial processes, where memory and future harmoniously coexist.

BISCUIT SOFA, design Piero Lissoni 2025

Precise silhouette and straight lines: Piero Lissoni designs a linear sofa for Porro, raised on slender metal feet covered in wood—rigorous yet welcoming. Framed by brown stained ash panels along the sides and back, Biscuit features large, firm cushions resting on a fabric-covered frame. The wide armrests reinforce its elegant yet not overly severe look, where formal and informal coexist, and pure and soft geometries interact with wood, perfectly in line with Porro’s style.

CARGO SOFA, designed by Christophe Pillet

Porro showcases its ability to interpret home spaces from multiple perspectives with the new Cargo sofa, designed by Christophe Pillet.
Cargo embodies a flair for innovative visual languages, featuring free compositions of soft volumes interspersed with C-shaped consolles, in metal with frosted nichel finishing, or in alll the woods of Porro collection, where the interplay of varying widths creates a fluid sequence of geometries.
Its bold simplicity, rooted in clean lines, serves as a foundation for open experimentation with shapes and materials, emphasizing the collection’s playful spirit

ENDLESS SHELF BOOKCASE, designed by Werner Aisslinger - restyling

Bringing the memory and languages of the past into today's spaces: Endless Shelf, designed in 1996 by Werner Aisslinger, is back in a refreshed edition. This iconic modular bookcase, featuring an aluminum die-cast joint, was once discontinued but has remained alive in the imagination and desires of enthusiasts. Now raised on feet, it is presented in a new, refined finish with evocative striations – solid dark brown stained walnut.

MOULAGE SOFA, designed by Francesco Rota

A contemporary look with couture-inspired, tailored draping: the new Moulage sofa, raised off the ground on invisible feet, is composed of large square seat cushions paired with soft armrests and backrests, featuring the refined detail of fabric sculpted into delicate folds. Geometric compositions that appear to float, completed by loose cushions, invite you on a true journey into comfort.

TABLO, designed by Piero Lissoni

Industrial inspiration and formal purity: the new Tablo table draws on the imagery of metalwork workshop tables, adapting it to an elegant dining room or executive office.
The sculpted legs provide strength and personality, while the tabletop offers a continuous surface thanks to the perimeter and cross reinforcements: maximum practicality in perfect proportions, available in different sizes.

TOBU SOFA, designed by Francesco Rota

Francesco Rota designs a floor-level sofa for Porro, exuding an innate elegance and a reassuring presence that speaks to a true desire for comfort.
Its base, covered or varnished, is complemented by slightly inclined semi-rigid leather or fabric backs that instill a sense of movement while enclosing high, soft, and deep seats. These are completed by loose cushions, creating a look that is delicately powerful, authentic, and chic.
Linear three- and four-seater configurations, as well as closed or open corner versions with armless central or end modules, are complemented by a square armchair with one or two backrests – offering spatial solutions and seating postures tailored to personal desires.

TWIN, designed by Dordoni Studio

Sculpted forms and architectural concept: the new sideboard Twin, designed by Dordoni Studio, is born from an interpretation of constructivist geometry. Its aesthetic purity arises from the intersection and interpenetration of two volumes, distinct yet harmoniously connected, creating ever-changing perspectives, further enhanced by the use of mirror.
A minimalist statement that merges abstraction and gesture, elevated by the material elegance of its surfaces and meticulous attention to detail, such as the 45° joints that accentuate its formal precision. Porro establishes itself as a master in blending design and craftsmanship, working to measure and embracing structural challenges, achieving a perfect balance between form and function.
