Porro custom design in China

Understated design, refined finishes, customization: Porro furniture was chosen for an apartment in the newly completed Xi'an Qujiang Heyuan residential project, completed by Porro's Xi'an dealer Jacci Mayee.

Paying homage to the naturalness of materials and the beauty of imperfection is the Ryoba table designed by Piero Lissoni. The triangular-section legs in brass-effect anodized aluminum, with significant thickness, create a trestle on which the thin top, for the first time in marble, rests. Within the Porro marble collection, striking shades of Valentine Gray are chosen, the vibrant colors of which is accentuated by the play of light and shadow coming from the large window.

Piero Lissoni's Frank armchair freely inspired by French design brings new comfort and expressive possibilities to the dining room. Its design combines in a harmonious unicum 3 distinct elements, the soft and enveloping shell backrest, the solid and sturdy metal legs that gain momentum thanks to the circular and variable section, and the upholstered and sprung seat with thick elastic straps for superior comfort.

In the bedroom, Sadoru is the tall, compact leather bed designed for Porro by Oscar and Gabriele Buratti, distinguished by intimate proportions and a total leather look.

Finally, in the reading room, the Jeff table by Oscar and Gabriele Buratti with a solid chestnut top appears suspended on the two central bases, whose particular geometry, an open semi-curve, is finished by hand, triggering ever-changing reflection effects.
