Porro strengthens its commercial network in the United States with the opening of a new branded showroom in Denver, located in Denver's Golden Triangle Arts District. The showroom is the result of a strategic partnership with ORO, a new multi-brand European furnishings showroom.
Designated as a resource for architects, interior designers, builders, and private clients, ORO supports projects from concept through completion while fostering a thoughtful and collaborative approach to contemporary living.

The new showroom occupies an entire floor dedicated to Porro’s most representative proposals: from architectural systems — such as Storage wardrobes, System bookcases, and Modern + Load-it wall units — which define spaces with elegance and functionality, to impeccably crafted collections of furnishings where pure forms meet high-quality materials and refined finishes. The exhibition journey is enriched by the presence of Living Divani upholstered pieces and bulthaup kitchens, creating an immersive and coherent experience that expresses a sophisticated and timeless vision of the home.

In the living environment, the protagonisti is the System HT book shelving system designed by Piero Lissoni + CRS Porro. By reimagining the traditional side-panel system, the design achieves a visually lighter look by emphasizing long, 40mm-thick horizontal shelves in the new moka metallic lacquer. They are supported by slim moka metallic uprights and by a play of eucalyptus wood partitions, also used for the eucalyptus mix back panels, with an irregular arrangement, creating a checkerboard pattern with evocative light-and-shadow effects, further enhanced by integrated ambient lighting. This configuration is designed to offer 3 main functions: the glass cabinet on the left, the large compartment that can accommodate TV sets in the centre and the bookcase on the right.

In the bedroom, the Hinged Storage wardrobe with 32S heat-treated oak doors features the Oslo recessed handle, entirely made of wood with an exquisite cabinetmaking that ensures a clear, refined look.  Next to the bed, the Hub bedside table by Gabriele and Oscar Buratti is proposed in black river wood and Bianco Carrara marble top, with eucalipto23 melamine interiors. With the slim upright, the eucalipto23 melamine equipment and the embedded lighting, the Storage trasparent wardrobe becomes increasingly light, precise, abstract, characterising the space with an impactful graphic appeal.
A vanity niche is conceived for self-care, featuring the Load-it bookcase by Wolfgang Tolk with steel shelves and sabbia lacquered or mirror panels, and a Modern suspended shelf in heat-treated oak. One can comfortably sit on the Romby chair by GamFratesi. The base, a solid black stained ash wood truncated cone, is connected to a soft and compact swivel upholstered seat, covered in grey fabric.
A fundamental element of the Porro home, defined by dynamism and transformation, the Glide Samurai partitions feature a horizontal alternation of solid and transparent surfaces in eucalipto23 melamine and extra-clear glass, creating unexpected patterns leading into the wardrobe area. Inside, the Storage Boiserie combines metal elements in cuvée finish with shelves and drawer units in white cherry, standing out against back panels covered with woven straw also used for the Layer wall cladding to define a welcoming, enveloping, and single-material dressing area, reflecting in the Reflection mirror by Piero Lissoni with burnished brass frame.

The dining room features an iconic piece: the Metallico table by Piero Lissoni, distinguished by the lightness of its legs in solid aluminum with burnished brass finishing, 12 mm thick, paired with a Valentine grey marble top. It is accompanied by Voyage chairs designed by GamFratesi, featuring a black stained maple structure and testa di moro saddle leather upholstery. Completing the setting is the Gallery Low Cupboard by Gabriele and Oscar Buratti, with top in Calacatta Oro marble and front in black-stained ash: a clean, rational architectural volume closed by a single vertically sliding door which, when lowered, reveals a sabbia lacquered interior with mirrored back panel—ideal for storing tableware and serving as a refined bar cabinet.

The graphical linearity of the Boutique Mast system by Piero Lissoni, displayed in the day configuration with shelves and modules in Canaletto walnut with matt azuki lacquered interiors and uprights in burnished brass finish. The wall is covered by Layer wall panels in heat-treated oak while Glide Shanghai partitions with black slats applied on the extra-clear glass introduce visitors to the living area.

The Modern + Load-it composition demonstrates Porro’s ability to create bespoke solutions for any space: the wall panels and steel shelves of the Load-it bookcase form a pentagram pattern, along which the Modern system’s wall-mounted units in Canaletto walnut, the vitrine with sabbia lacquered interiors and the floor platform in Canaletto walnut with a Calacatta Oro marble top move like musical notes. A precious showcase both to the touch and to the eye, Ex-libris by Piero Lissoni is presented with a dark base and top in black sugi melamine, highlighting the objects displayed inside this scenic box enclosed by Iron doors in transparent glass. The ambiance is illuminated in a scenographic manner by the Gap hanging bookcases designed by Carlo Tamborini in the precious grigio piombo metal finish.This strong aesthetic element acts as a bookend as well as a light source, thanks to the built-in LED lighting that runs along its perimeter. Finally, in the display window, the azuki lacquered Origata consolle by Nao Tamura is a minimalist geometry which frames an ascetic space for work or meditation, offering a surface for writing, reading or working on a laptop.
