Porro takes in the exclusive event organized by Salone del Mobile.Milano in Saudi Arabia. Promoted in collaboration with the Saudi Ministry of Culture – Architecture and Design Commission, the initiative aims to provide a prestigious exhibition platform in the heart of Riyadh and foster meaningful dialogue with a rapidly growing market.
 
Located in the Financial Plaza, the Curatorial Masterplan — designed by the renowned architectural firm Giò Forma, already known in the region — welcomes visitors into an exhibition journey celebrating the excellence of Made in Italy design.
In this prestigious international context, Porro presents a curated selection of furniture that embodies its distinctive design language — characterized by formal purity, refined materials, and sophisticated details.
Among the highlights: the iconic Ferro table by Piero Lissoni with a bronze-effect finish; the Romby chair by GamFratesi,  featuring a conical natural ash base and glossy red fabric seat; the sculptural Sidewall rotating bookcase by Piero Lissoni in a matt arancio zucca finish; and the Balancing Boxes side table by Front in Santos rosewood.
Also on display, in a dedicated showcase, is the limited-edition Linea sideboard designed by Alessandro Mendini — a poetic, colorful expression of Porro’s creative vision.
The booth design enhances the collection through a double-sided main display box, conceived to offer a full view of the furnishings, emphasizing their three-dimensionality and exceptional craftsmanship.
 
Porro’s design is also featured in the Business Lounge, conceived by Lissoni & Partners, a space dedicated to networking moments, B2B meetings with key Saudi players, and presentations on the country’s ongoing giga-projects.
A Materic table with a black-stained oak top, rotating tray, and satin-finished stainless steel base, accompanied by the Neve chairs in black-stained ash with black eco-leather seats, both designed by Piero Lissoni, welcomes guests in a meeting room that perfectly blends elegance with a sense of domestic warmth.
