ONE SUNAC OPUS XI'AN is the new residential project emerging in the heart of Xi'an, China: six skyscrapers that combine residential apartments with dimensions and interior layouts worthy of individual villas, vip clubs, and exclusive services for the community of people that who live there.
Characterized by expansive views of the surrounding area, the interior of the apartment designed by well-known high-end retailer Jacci Mayee, Porro's strategic partner in the city, reflects the elegant habits and understated taste of the
homeowner through the considered choice of the Italian brand's furnishing pieces, in a fabulous combination of bestsellers and pieces from the most recent collections.

In the girl’s bedroom, the Sadoru leather bed by Oscar and Gabriele Buratti is accompanied by the Offshore nightstand by Piero Lissoni in matt white lacquer. In front of the bed, the Modern wall-mounted element designed by Piero Lissoni + CRS Porro with a suspended desk top can be used for both studying or makeup.
The Romby chair designed by GamFratesi with a truncated cone base in natural ash and seat upholstered in a vibrant orange color, which echoes the hue also chosen for the drawer, catches your eye in such space.
Next to the bed is the Hinged Storage wardrobe designed by Piero Lissoni + CRS Porro with 32s doors and Boite Aux handle.
In the boy's room, the Sadoru leather bed in dark tones and the Offshore matt lacquered nightstand return. Next to the bed is a small space for clothes that combines the Storage walk-in closet in mongoi with the Hinged Storage closet with 32s doors and Boite Aux handle.
In the reading room, a beautiful System equipped wall designed by Piero Lissoni + CRS Porro occupies two sides of the wall, including different solutions: bookcase, two vitrines with light blue backs and hanging writing top.
Another System bookcase in dark wood is chosen in the living room, with random modules that enliven its elevation and orange backdrops, while in the entrance System is declined in a grey composition with a vitrine opening, ideal to exhibit a sculpture.
In the dining room, the Gallery Low Cupboard sideboard by Oscar and Gabriele Buratti, with single vertical door that opens up to show arancio zucca interiors and mirrored backdrops, shows the family’s taste for quality of life and passion for enjoying delicious food, comfortably sitting on the Pioggia chairs designed by Piero Lissoni, with a black-stained ash structure and soft fabric upholstery.
The aesthetic and functional continuity of the furnishing pieces highlights the sense of perfect integration between nature and architecture, recreating the Porro lifestyle and the idea that, when it comes to indoors and outdoors, there are no boundaries, only projects.
