Private house - Mantua (Italy)

The project to furnish an apartment in Mantua, devised by Ghiroldi Design, focuses on the flexibility of Porro furnishings, and on their capacity to design spaces through clear and elegant designs.
While the systems for the day area and the bedroom structure the rooms and make them more functional, performing a fundamental role in an apartment of 100 m2, the settings are completed and finished down to the smallest details by the products in the collections, such as tables, chairs, bookcases…
In the dining area, alongside the free-standing cooker enlivened by Spindle stools with white painted seats, the table is Ram with its light profile, a perfect synthesis between design content and the structural resistance of steel.
A response is offered to the containment requirements of the dining room, a composition of Storage with hinged doors painted white with Elle handle, the Porro system designed for the bedroom but which here proves its capacity to also fit into other contexts, while the Load-it bookcase is proposed with white-painted shelves and white lacquered and mirror wall panels, to reflect the environment and extend it visually.
In the living area, on the other hand, a System composition made of carbone oak creates an accessorized surface for the entire length of the wall, alternating between open shelves for books and closed storage units, inserted into which is a shelf-writing desk and a compartment for plasma screen.
Finally, in the bedroom, Storage, the modular system for conventional, open and walk-in wardrobes, is present on the wall with a wardrobe with white painted hinged door with Elle handle, while at the centre of the room stands out a walk-in wardrobe, with anodised aluminium uprights, glass walls and carbone oak shelves and storage units.
